In order to buy products on GUNNER24 Web site, you must complete the PayPal registration form. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and e-mail address). If you purchase a product or service from us, PayPal requests certain personally identifiable information from you on PayPals order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

PayPal sends GUNNER24 your contact information and not your financial informations!  PayPal only delivers your financial status to us. If your financial status is ok, which means you have paid then GUNNER24 will fill your orders immediately. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information to contact you.

Communications from the Site

After registration on our website, you can receive our weekly newsletter, we will use your e-mail address to send the newsletter to you.

GUNNER24 uses his service provider for its newsletter shipment. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you an easy way to unsubscribe. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each e-mail newsletter or by sending us a message at our feedback form. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries and to provide the services you request.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share Personally Identifiable Information or profiles with Third Parties but GUNNER24 uses PayPal as processing company to bill you for products and our membership products. PayPal`s Private Policy describes the ways they collect, store, use and protect your personal information. PayPal`s Private Policy also describe how you can cancel your GUNNER24 membership services. You can cancel our membership services directly when you log in to your PayPal account. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Log File/Personal Data Storage

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system,date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

GUNNER24 does not collect and store personal data except the e-mail address voluntarily provided by the customer and the names and forenames and passwords of the registered members. Names, forenames and passwords of the registered members are stored by our computer system only until the business relationship ends. Afterwards they are automatically deleted by the computer system. About the end of the business relationship, we will be informed by PayPal very promptly automatically. The e-mail address voluntarily provided by the GUNNER24 customer is not automatically deleted at the end of the business relationship, but automatically set to inactive, so that further internal use, as well as erroneous transmission from the computer system is prevented. E-mail addresses, names and forenames and the passwords of registered members are never analyzed internally or externally during their storage and never evaluated to third parties.
