Determination of the GUNNER24 Initial Impulse – Part II
We would like to tie on the subject of the last issue: This is how you determine the GUNNER24 Initial Impulse – All the subtleties as a summary! Clicking on this link you'll have a direct access to the first part.
Just to remember: Based on this 4 hour chart of the Euro future we will determine the actual GUNNER24 Setups taking a very close look at the existing GUNNER24 Initial Impulses:
The count of the next initial impulse goes from candle 1 to candle 5. We'll begin at the candle marked with the X.
It is a little variation of this fine tuning variant:
B) The initial impulse goes from the absolute low/high of the 1st candle through the wick of the 4th candle and is defined by the absolute high/low of the 5th candle.
That variant arises because exactly at the blue arc the candles 4 and 5 produce a useful connection patterning with their tops precisely the bow of the blue arc.
In the further course of the setup you can recognize very well the price retracing from the targets, the double arcs. In any case of a significant break of the double arcs you can go long again. Let's consider now the environment of the low before the 5th double arc is broken. Because that's where a new GUNNER24 Setup has got to start.
The count is very simple. From candle 1 to candle 3. So it's following our experiences:
The future schedule of the price data is defined by the first initial impulse. In 85% of all cases, this latter spans 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 or 21 etc. time units!
Variation possibilities in the GUNNER24 Initial Impulse
The GUNNER24 Initial Impulse encloses some possibilities of variation and interpretation which are not only important for our successful trading but decisive for our profit or possible loss.
I would like to show you some variation possibilities which happen very often within the everyday practice. But it is rather a matter of exceptions to which you should not pay attention while intraday or day trading.
In case of long term investment decisions you should thoroughly consider and even apply the following variation possibilities since in the weekly or monthly chart thus some relevant displacements in price and time arise.
All the variation possibilities of the initial impulse shown in th light of the GUNNER24 Down Setup:
A) Instead of going to the absolute low of the 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 etc. candle, from the absolute high of the 1st candle the initial impulse takes a course only to the beginning of the candle body which is situated above the absolute low of those candles.
B) Instead of beginning at the absolute high of the 1st candle, the initial impulse begins at the candle body which is situated under the absolute high and ends at the absolute low of the 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 etc. candle.
C) Instead of beginning at the absolute high of the 1st candle, the initial impulse begins at the candle body which is situated under the absolute high and ends at the beginning of the candle body of the 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13 etc. candle which is situated above the absolute low of those candles.
The actual weekly 1 Candle GUNNER24 Down Setup of the actual silver contract is producing an example for B):
The 1 candle initial impulse begins at the open of the highest high candle, the opening price of 20.78 $, and it ends at the low of that week candle at 16.725 $.
Like always, your finding the decision how to apply the GUNNER24 Initial Impulse is backed by a hit rate which is as high as possible in the passed turning points at the time lines and price contacts to the square lines as well as the pricing at the arc and at the double arcs. All those points are marked in the upper Silver GUNNER24 Down Setup. The actual 2 Candle GUNNER24 Up Setup for the silver contract starts at the lower line of the 3rd double arc, the main target of the setup.
All the best to your trading!
