What should I do now that I'm a member?

How do I change my e-mail address?
You can change your e-mail address by logging into your PayPal account, click on "Profile", then "Email". You will need to add the new e-mail address, confirm it and set it as the "primary" e-mail address before being able to remove the old primary e-mail address.
How do I change my username?
Your username is your e-mail address. In most cases this e-mail address is your "primary" PayPal e-mail address. You can change your e-mail address by logging into your PayPal account, click on "Profile", then "Email". You will need to add the new e-mail address, confirm it and set it as the "primary" e-mail address before being able to remove the old primary e-mail address.
When does my membership expire?
Your membership is renewed automatically after the period is complete unless you cancel your membership. Of course, you can cancel your membership at any time.
How can I cancel my membership?
Log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the drop-down "Show" menu and press the "Search" button. Choose the GUNNER24 subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page and click on the "In reference to", this will open a Subscription Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.
How do I update my credit card number or expiration date?
You can add or update your credit card by logging into your PayPal account, click on "Profile", then choose the "Credits Cards" link from the Financial Information column.
If your subscription failed because you need to update your credit card expiry date, you may be able to update it by clicking the 'Edit' button next to it. Otherwise, add a new credit card, by clicking on the 'Add' button. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the new credit card to your PayPal account.
I received a "Payment Failed" notice from PayPal. What to do?
PayPal will retry two more times before cancelling your subscription, giving you enough time to login to PayPal to rectify the funding source for the subscription. The problem is usually simply that the expiration date needs to be updated for one of the credit cards you have on file in your PayPal account.
I signed up for your service several days ago but I have not received my username or password from you yet. What's going on?
Chances are our message with your account information was intercepted by a "Spam Filter" associated with your e-mail account. We recommend that you first check for our message in any Spam or Junk Mail folders you may have. If it is not there, you can automatically request your account information by entering your e-mail address in the form on this page http://www.GUNNER24.com/login/account-information.html. If your e-mail address isn't recognized, please let us know and we will investigate further.
